Clearance: The mandatory prerequisite where students settle all financial, administrative, and academic (including resolving Incomplete/Failed grades) liabilities to gain official approval ("OK TO ENROLL") for the next semester.

Enrollment: The final step where students secure their schedule, complete the registration form, and submit payment to be officially registered for the new academic term.

ECA Day: A specific day allowing students to use their earned ECA points from school events and activities for grade equivalent points

Incomplete/Failed Grades: Requires immediate action by seeing the College Dean; a Failed grade mandates paying a fee and taking a Remedial Exam to avoid having to re-enroll the subject later.

ECA Day Procedure
ECA stands for Extra-Curricular Activities, and ECA Day is when you can use your accumulated attendance/participation for school events.
- Proceed to the College Dean to get an ECA Form.
- You must show proof of attendance for different school events (e.g., tickets, passes).
- Go to the designated rooms of your instructors to use your ECA form in their subjects.
- The ECA Form is only valid on the scheduled date.

ECA Points for 2512
- Lakan at Lakambini - 4pts
- Socialization - 4pts
- Teacher's Day - 2pts
2pts for Minor Subjects and 4pts for Major Subjects
Note: You can only use ECA points once per subject

Special Exam Procedure
A Special Exam is typically given to students who missed the regular final exam.
- Make sure to secure an Exam Permit and payment.
- Go to the designated rooms of the instructors to take the Special Exam.
- Failure to take the final exam will result in an INCOMPLETE remark on that subject.

For Term 2512: The schedule date for ECA Day and Final Special exam is November 13,2025 only

Completing your clearance is a necessary multi-step process before you can enroll for the next semester.

Step 1: Settle Balances, Credentials, and Liabilities
- Secure your Clearance Form from the Admission Office.
- Visit the Cashier and Registrar offices first. Both offices must sign your form before you can proceed.
- Go to your Program Head and IT Head for their respective signatures.

Step 2: Clear with Subject Teachers
- Ensure all offices in Step 1 have signed before you continue.
- Proceed to the designated rooms for clearance with each of your subject teachers.
- If you have a Failed or Incomplete remark on any subject, you must proceed to the College Dean before continuing with the rest of your teachers.
- You cannot proceed to Step 3 until all subjects are cleared (signed off).

Step 3: Admin Signatures and Completion
- Proceed to the College Dean for verification of your clearance form before moving on to Student Affairs.
- Go to the Admission Office to settle any remaining obligations and receive a remark of "OK TO ENROLL."
- If all offices have signed your form, proceed to the College Dean for enrollment (which is Step 1 of the Enrollment Procedure).

For Term 2512: The schedule date for Clearance is November 13-14, & 17-22, 2025 only

Understanding the implications and steps for resolving Incomplete or Failed remarks is crucial for your academic standing.

Incomplete Remark
- If you have an Incomplete remark, proceed to the College Dean.
- This status is primarily given to students who did not take the final exam.
- If your Incomplete status is for any other reason, you must inform the College Dean.

Failed Remark
- If you have a Failed remark, proceed to the College Dean.
- You must pay the remedial fee to be eligible to take the remedial examination.
- Wait for the scheduled remedial examination announcement.
- Failure to take the scheduled remedial examination will result in a FAILED remark.
- If you officially fail the subject, you will need to re-enroll that subject in its scheduled semester.

Effect of Non-Compliance
- Failure to comply with the required steps can indicate ineligibility to enroll for the upcoming semester.
- It may result in retaining you in the same year level.
- You might be ineligible to enroll in certain subjects because the subject you failed is a prerequisite for an upcoming subject.

For Term 2512: The schedule date for Remedial Examination is November 19, 2025 only but you must secure your remedial fee before the said date

Once your clearance is complete, you can begin the formal enrollment process.

Step 1: Enrollment
- If you have already completed your clearance and have a remark of "OK TO ENROLL," proceed to the College Dean.
- Identify your student status (Regular or Irregular). If you are unsure, ask for assistance from the Registrar's Office or the College Dean.
- Irregular Students: Secure an Evaluation Form first, then request a Registration Form from the College Dean.
- Regular Students: Secure a Registration Form from the College Dean, ensuring the correct program and year level are indicated.
- Proceed to the Cashier for payment. A registration form without payment is NOT considered enrollment.
- After payment, return to the College Dean with your clearance form (to be cut) and your registration form (to be signed).

How to Check if You Are Already Enrolled
You are fully enrolled if:
- Your clearance form is already cut and submitted.
- Your registration form is signed with an ENROLLED stamp.
- Your name is on the announced list of enrolled students.
- You have double-checked your section in your clearance signed by the College Dean.

If you notice any discrepancy, kindly notify the school immediately.
